Upload Gallery Images
Upload images into one of your gallery groups. They appear on the portfolio page in that group's row. Create and edit groups in the Groups tab.
Manage Gallery Images
View and manage your gallery images. Tick photos to move them into another group or delete them in bulk, or delete a single photo from its hover menu.
Gallery Groups
Groups are the collections your photos are organized into. Create as many as you like — each one becomes its own row on the portfolio page with its own title, icon and description.
Create a New Group
Give the group a name and the rest is filled in for you. You can fine-tune everything afterwards.
Your Groups
Rename a group, change its icon, reorder it, or hide it from the site without deleting any photos. Drag order is set with the arrow buttons — the order here is the order visitors see.
Upload Client Images
Upload private images for specific clients. Clients will be able to view and download these images from their private gallery.
Create Client Account
Create new client accounts with login credentials. Send these credentials to your clients so they can access their private galleries.
Manage Client Accounts
View and manage all your client accounts and their photos. You can view client photos, add new photos, or delete individual photos.
Client Groups
Create your own groups — a wedding party, a graduating class, a season of a team — and file clients under them to keep long lists organized.
Site Settings
Everything on the public site — name, colours, fonts, sections, prices and contact details — can be changed from here.
Site Identity
The name and tagline shown in the navigation bar and footer.
Site Logo
Upload a logo to replace the "Ashlynn's Pix" text in the navigation bar. Leave empty to use text.
Colour Presets
Pick a ready-made palette, then fine-tune any individual colour below.
Colours & Fonts
Changes preview live on this page. Nothing is published until you press Save.
Page Sections
Reorder the sections of the portfolio page with the arrows, untick one to take it off the page entirely (its navigation link goes with it), and rename their headings below.
Pricing Packages
Add as many packages as you offer. Each one becomes a card in the Pricing section, and the feature list is one bullet point per line.
Contact Details
Shown in the Contact section. Untick a row to hide it.
Announcement Banner
A strip across the top of the portfolio page — useful for “booking fall sessions now” or a holiday deadline. Turn it off when you don't need it.
Search & Social Sharing
How the site looks in search results and when someone pastes a link into a message or a post.
Client Gallery Page
What your clients see when they sign in to collect their photos.
Export Settings
Downloads every setting on this page, plus your gallery and client groups, as a single JSON file. Photos and accounts are not included — this is a backup of your customization only.
Restore Settings
Restores a backup on top of what's here now. Anything in the file replaces the matching setting or group; everything else is left alone. Nothing is deleted.
About Ashlynn Section
Manage the About section photo and text content displayed on the main page.
Specializations
Manage the list shown under "Specializations" in the About section. Use Font Awesome icon classes (e.g., fas fa-graduation-cap).
